About Sight Solutions Group

A debt resolution firm built by people who spent years watching this industry sell hope and deliver paperwork.

Why we exist

The industry earned its reputation. We'd like to change it.

Debt settlement has a history: advance fees collected before a single call was made, savings numbers calculated in ways nobody could reproduce, and clients who found out about the credit damage after they'd already stopped paying. The FTC's 2010 amendments to the Telemarketing Sales Rule ended the worst of it. Plenty of the rest survived.

Sight Solutions Group was built on a narrow bet: that a firm which tells people the truth on the first call — including telling some of them not to enroll — would keep more of the clients it did sign, finish more programs, and be worth more over ten years than a boiler room worth over ten months.

That's the whole thesis. It shows up in our fee structure, in the fact that we publish no savings statistics we cannot stand behind, and in the fact that our specialists are compensated on program completions, not enrollments.

We are a new company, and we would rather say so than invent a history. The programs we refer are administered by ClearOne Advantage, LLC, which has operated in this industry since 2008 — their record is on our results page, clearly labelled as theirs.

Operating standards

Five rules we don't bend

These are internal policy, enforced through compliance monitoring and call review — not marketing language.

No fee before a result

Not just TSR compliance. No enrollment fee, no retainer, no setup charge, no cancellation penalty, and no fee on any account until it is settled, approved by you, and paid.

Every number carries its definition

If we publish a statistic, the population, date range, and exclusions are published with it. See our methodology.

We decline unsuitable clients

If your debt is too small, mostly ineligible, or your budget can't sustain a deposit, we don't enroll you. Specialists are not penalized for declining a prospect.

No urgency tactics

No expiring pricing, no “I can only hold this today,” no same-call closes. Every prospect gets the written agreement to review on their own time.

Paid on completion, not enrollment

Specialist compensation is weighted toward clients who finish their programs. Signing someone who washes out in month four is a cost to us, not a win.

The alternatives get airtime

Credit counseling, consolidation, self-negotiation, and bankruptcy are covered on every consultation. It costs us enrollments. It's the right call.

Conflicts of interest

How we make money, stated directly

From clients. Our only revenue from you is the program fee described on our results & fees page, earned per settled account after you approve the settlement and a payment is made. We receive nothing from your dedicated account bank and nothing from the monthly account maintenance fee.

From creditors. Nothing. We are not paid by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of any creditor or debt collector. No creditor pays us a referral, placement, or volume fee.

From marketing partners. We pay third-party marketing companies — including fundii — for consumer referrals. Those companies are compensated by us when a referred consumer enrolls. They are not paid by you, and their compensation does not change your fee. Because a referral partner earns only on enrollment, its incentives are not identical to yours; that is precisely why the suitability decision and the written agreement sit with us and with you, not with the marketer.

What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information. We don't accept payment to feature a lender, a bank, or a credit product. We don't operate an affiliated dedicated-account bank, which is a common arrangement in this industry and one we chose to avoid.
